The Vibrio-Screen FL reagent kit is designed for the identification of Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus using multilocus allele-specific PCR.

Kit Contents:

• “Vibrio-genus” mix – clear, colorless liquid in a microtube with a blue screw cap, 750 µL – 1 tube
• “Vibrio-species” mix – clear, colorless liquid in a microtube with a blue screw cap, 750 µL – 1 tube
• Taq DNA polymerase – clear, colorless liquid in a microtube with a yellow screw cap, 100 µL – 1 tube
• PCR Positive Control (PPC) – clear, colorless liquid in a microtube with a red screw cap, 200 µL – 1 tube
• External Quality Control (EQC) – clear, colorless liquid in a microtube with an orange screw cap, 200 µL – 1 tube
