The UREA-UV-UTS reagent kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of urea concentration in human serum, plasma, and urine using an enzymatic UV kinetic method. The kit is designed for laboratory diagnostic applications.

Kit Components

• Reagent 1: TRIS buffer – 80 mmol/L; alpha-ketoglutarate – 6 mmol/L; urease – 75,000 U/L
• Reagent 2: NADH – 0.32 mol/L; glutamate dehydrogenase – 60,000 U/L
• Calibrator: urea calibration solution – 8.3 mmol/L
