Urea Reagent Kit for Urease Method

The “Urea” Reagent Kit is designed for determining the concentration of urea in serum, plasma, and urine using the urease method. It is manufactured in accordance with the Technical Specification TU 9398-013-70423725-2011.

Kit Composition:

Reagent 1: Buffer solution — 2 vials (40 ml each)
Reagent 2: Urease — 2 vials
Reagent 3: Sodium salicylate and sodium nitroprusside solution — 2 vials (10 ml each)
Reagent 4: Sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite solution — 1 vial (100 ml)
Calibrator: Urea calibration solution, 8.0 mmol/L — 1 vial (2.0 ml)
