The test system is designed for the detection of Vibrio cholerae (ctxA+) DNA using polymerase chain reaction (PCR), in accordance with TU 8895-006-01898109-2007. The kit includes the following components:

ctx2 Primers: Aqueous solution of oligonucleotide primers (FKUZ RosNIPCHI "Microb") – 1 tube, 0.1 ml.
ctx3 Primers: Aqueous solution of oligonucleotide primers (FKUZ RosNIPCHI "Microb") – 1 tube, 0.1 ml.
Taq Polymerase: Thermostable DNA polymerase in buffer solution, recombinant ("InterLabService", Russia) – 1 tube, 0.025 ml.
dNTPs: Aqueous solution of deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates (dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP), each at 2 mM ("Medigen", Russia) – 1 tube, 0.25 ml.
DNA (positive control): Aqueous solution of V. cholerae 569B DNA, 1 ng/µl (FKUZ RosNIPCHI "Microb") – 1 tube, 0.25 ml.
10× Buffer (10xB): 10-fold buffer solution – 1 tube, 0.25 ml.
MgCl2: Magnesium chloride solution ("Helikon", Russia) – 1 tube, 0.1 ml.
H2O: Bidistilled water – 1 tube, 1.2 ml.
Oil: Light white mineral oil, paraffin-based ("AppliChem", USA) – 2 tubes, 1.5 ml each.
