Flexneri 1-5 Antigen Reagents

Liquid erythrocyte Shigella Flexneri 1-5 antigen – 1% suspension of formalinized sheep erythrocytes sensitized with lipopolysaccharide antigens from Shigella Flexneri subtypes 1a, 1b, 2a, 3a, 4b, and 5 in phosphate buffer (pH 7.2 ± 0.2; concentration 0.06 mol/L). Preservative: formalin.
1 vial – 5 ml
Non-adsorbed diagnostic Shigella Flexneri 1-5 sera – homogeneous mass from white with brownish tint to beige.
1 vial – from 0.1 ml
1% suspension of formalinized, non-sensitized sheep erythrocytes (control erythrocytes).
1 vial – 1 ml
0.9% Sodium Chloride Solution – for serum dilution and RPHA testing; contains 9 g NaCl per liter of purified water, pH 6.5–7.5.
2 vials – 8 ml each
Round-bottom plate for single-use immunological reactions – 1 piece

Sonne Antigen Reagents

Liquid erythrocyte Shigella Sonne antigen – 1% suspension of formalinized sheep erythrocytes sensitized with Sonne lipopolysaccharide antigens in phosphate buffer (pH 7.2 ± 0.2; concentration 0.06 mol/L). Preservative: formalin.
1 vial – 5 ml
Non-adsorbed diagnostic Shigella Sonne sera – homogeneous mass from white with brownish tint to beige.
1 vial – from 0.1 ml
1% suspension of formalinized, non-sensitized sheep erythrocytes (control erythrocytes).
