The "SARS-CoV-2-CoronaPass" reagent kit is designed for enzyme-linked immunosorbent detection (ELISA) of total immunoglobulins to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Supplied in accordance with TU 21.20.23-012-69860259-2020, Lot 3, the kit includes the following components:

Immunosorbent – dismantlable plate with immobilized SARS-CoV-2 S antigen (IS), 5 pcs
Positive control sample from human serum or plasma containing SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, inactivated, red liquid (K+), 0.15 ml – 1 vial
Negative control sample from human serum or plasma without SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, inactivated, yellow liquid (K-), 0.3 ml – 1 vial
Conjugate 1 concentrate – biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 S antigen, red tablet or powder (KG-1), reconstitute with 3 ml of purified water – 1 vial
Conjugate 1 dilution buffer – slightly opalescent cloudy solution (PRKG-1), 30.0 ml – 2 vials
Conjugate 2 concentrate – streptavidin conjugated with polymerized peroxidase, colorless clear liquid (KG-2), 4.0 ml – 1 vial
Conjugate 2 dilution buffer – green transparent liquid (PRKG-2), 32.0 ml – 2 vials
TMB chromogen concentrate – colorless transparent liquid (TMB), 4.0 ml – 1 vial
Substrate buffer with hydrogen peroxide for TMB dilution – colorless or pink transparent liquid (SB), 32.0 ml – 2 vials
