Set Composition:

Reagent 1:

Buffer-enzyme solution (pH 6.8) containing:

• Good's buffer, 20 mmol/L
• H-DAOS [N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxyaniline], 0.5 mmol/L
• Cholesterol esterase, ≥2.5 kE/L
• Cholesterol oxidase, ≥2.5 kE/L
• Catalase, ≥500 kE/L
• Sodium azide, 0.95 g/L

Packaging Options:

• 5 vials (20 mL each)
• 2 vials (68 mL each)
• 6 vials (68 mL each)

Reagent 2:

Buffer-enzyme solution (pH 7.0) containing:

• Good's buffer, 25 mmol/L
• 4-aminoantipyrine, 3.4 mmol/L
• Peroxidase, ≥15 kE/L
• Sodium azide, 0.95 g/L

Packaging Options:

• 1 vial (25 mL)
• 2 vials (17 mL each)
• 6 vials (17 mL each)
