This reagents kit is designed for universal or high-sensitivity measurement of C-reactive protein (CRP).

Composition:

I. Reagents Kit Options

Option 1:

• Reagent 1 (buffer-saline solution containing HEPES 10 mmol/L; polyethylene glycol 6000, 2.5%; ammonium acetate, 20 mmol/L; sodium chloride, 150 mmol/L) - 1 bottle (65 ml)
• Reagent 2 (latex particle suspension coated with human CRP antibodies; phosphate-buffered saline 10 mmol/L; Tween 20 ≤ 0.1%) - 1 bottle (21 ml)

Option 2:

• Reagent 1 - 2 bottles of 65 ml each
• Reagent 2 - 2 bottles of 21 ml each

Option 3:

• Reagent 1 - 1 canister, 750 ml
• Reagent 2 - 1 canister, 250 ml
