This reagents kit is used for human leukocyte antigen (HLA) gene typing (class II) via DNA amplification (HLA-DNA-TECH) according to TU 9398-411-46482062-2016. Available in the following configurations:

Amplification mixture Stream - triple strip (24 tubes, 100 µl each);
Polymerase TexnoTaq MAX - 2 tubes (60 µl each);

DNA dilution buffer - 4 tubes (1.0 ml each);
