This reagent kit is designed for the detection of HSV 1 and 2 DNA using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) according to TU 9398-006-46482062-2008. Available configurations:

Amplification mix sealed with paraffin – 12 strips of 8 tubes each (20 µl per tube)
Taq polymerase solution – 2 tubes (500 µl each)
Mineral oil – 2 tubes (1.0 ml each)
Positive control – 1 tube (130 µl)
Strip caps – 12 pcs

Packaging S – Tubes:

Amplification mix sealed with paraffin – 96 tubes (20 µl each)
Taq polymerase solution – 2 tubes (500 µl each)

Amplification mix sealed with paraffin – 100 tubes (20 µl each)
Taq polymerase solution – 2 tubes (500 µl each)

Mineral oil – 2 tubes (1.0 ml each)
