Reagent Composition:

• Reagent 1: Buffer solution, pH 7.0 ± 0.1
• Reagent 2: Solution containing sodium hydroxide
• Reagent 3: Urease solution
• Calibrator: Urea calibration solution 8.3 mmol/L
