This reagent set is designed for use on the automatic coagulometer AK (APTT-l Test) in accordance with TU 9398-049-42349142-2015.

Available Configurations:

Option I – Kit 1:

• APTT-l Reagent: liquid reagent containing phospholipids, ellagic acid, buffer, and stabilizers, 5 ml – 5 vials
• Calcium chloride: 0.025 M solution, 10 ml – 5 vials
• Designed for 250 tests (0.1 ml per test)

Option II – Kit 2:

• APTT-l Reagent: liquid reagent containing phospholipids, ellagic acid, buffer, and stabilizers, 5 ml – 7 vials
• Calcium chloride: 0.025 M solution, 10 ml – 5 vials
• Designed for 350 tests (0.1 ml per test)

Option III – Kit 3:

• APTT-l Reagent: lyophilized reagent containing phospholipids, ellagic acid, buffer, and stabilizers, 2.5 ml – 10 vials
• Calcium chloride: 0.025 M solution, 10 ml – 3 vials
• Designed for 250 tests (0.1 ml per test)
