This reagent kit is designed for the quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the determination of total human IgE in serum. Supplied in accordance with TU 21.20.23-276-98539446-2018, the kit is available in two configurations:

Configuration No. 1 (Manual Assay)

Reagent Kit:

One set of twelve 8-well strips mounted in a frame, coated with immobilized monoclonal antibodies to human IgE ("IgE 2000 Strips")
Calibration samples No. 1–7 (0.5 ml each) – 7 vials
Control serum (0.5 ml) – 1 vial
Conjugate of monoclonal antibodies to human IgE with horseradish peroxidase ("Conjugate E") – 1 vial (18 ml)
Sample dilution buffer ("Buffer D") – 1 vial (3 ml)
20X Concentrated wash buffer ("Buffer R") – 2 vials (14 ml each)
Tetramethylbenzidine solution ("TMB Solution") – 1 vial (14 ml)
Hydrochloric acid stop solution – 1 vial (14 ml)
