The reagent kit "PSI-Biochip Test System" complies with TU 9398-013-02699501-2011 and consists of the following sets (see appendix on 2 pages):

Set #1 – For PCR

PCR Buffer (10x PCR buffer) – 3 tubes of 1.5 ml
MgCl2 (5 mmol/l magnesium chloride) – 2 tubes of 1.35 ml
dNTP (aqueous solution of deoxynucleoside triphosphates: 2 mmol/l dATP, dGTP, dTTP, dCTP) – 1 tube of 0.9 ml
First Stage PCR Primer Mix (5 pmol/µl):
- PR-A – 1 tube (0.1 ml)
- PR-B – 1 tube (0.1 ml)
- PR-C – 1 tube (0.1 ml)
- PR-D – 1 tube (0.1 ml)
