The “IgE-AT-IFTS” Reagent Kit is an enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) test system designed for the qualitative and quantitative determination of allergen-specific IgE antibodies in human serum or plasma. The kit is manufactured in compliance with TU 21.20.23-114-20401675-2019 and is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.

Kit Composition:

• Reagent 1 (R1): Allergens immobilized on strips – 30 strips (3 plates, each containing 10 strips)
• Reagent 2 (R2): Reference allergen / Ragweed pollen allergen immobilized on strips – 6 strips (2 strips on each of the 3 plates)
• Reagent 3 (R3): Reference serum (IgE antibodies) – 1.0 ml, 1 vial
• Reagent 4 (R4): Conjugate – 0.6 ml, 1 vial
• Reagent 5 (R5): Concentrated diluting and washing solution – 90 ml, 1 bottle
• Reagent 6 (R6): Single-component substrate solution containing TMB – 20 ml, 3 bottles
• Reagent 7 (R7): Sulfuric acid solution – 20 ml, 1 bottle
