Reagent Kit for the Detection of SARS-CoV-2 B.1.1.7 Lineage

This reagent kit is designed for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 B.1.1.7 lineage using real-time reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR). The kit is developed in accordance with TU 21.20.23-127-46482062-2021 and is available in series G052S-2M and G053S-2M.

The kit includes the following components:

• Amplification mix, sealed with paraffin – 12 strips of 8 tubes each (15 µL per tube)
• RT-PCR buffer – 2 tubes (810 µL each)
• Taq/RT enzyme – 1 tube (55 µL)
• Positive control sample – 1 tube (130 µL)
• Strip caps – 12 pcs
