The reagent kit is designed for the qualitative and quantitative detection of Gardnerella vaginalis, Atopobium vaginae, Lactobacillus spp., and total bacteria (Bacteria) DNA using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method for in vitro diagnostic purposes, in accordance with TU 9398-021-09286667-2014.
The kit is available in three configuration formats:

This configuration is designed for 110 amplification reactions, including controls.
