Reagent Kit for the Detection of Candida DNA (C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. krusei)
The "AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN®-Candida" PCR Reagent Kit is designed for the detection of DNA from Candida species using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology. Compliant with TU 9398-020-09286667-2014.
The kit is available in three configurations:
Format 1 (Variant FRT-100)
Includes the “PCR Kit” containing:
- PCR Mix Floroscreen-Candida (pre-aliquoted under wax)
- PCR Buffer-K
- K1 Complex
- K2 Complex
- Negative Control (K-)
Designed for 110 amplification reactions, including controls. The kit comes with a CD containing the operator manual and software version 1.0 in Microsoft Excel format for automatic data processing and result generation.
Format 2 (Variant FRT-100 FN)
Includes the “PCR Kit” containing:
- PCR Mix Floroscreen-Candida
- PCR Buffer-N
- K1 Complex
- K2 Complex
- Negative Control (K-)
