The IFLA-1Va reagent kit is intended for the simultaneous detection of the protective antigen and lethal factor of Bacillus anthracis using a multiplex immunofluorescence assay (IFLA-1Va test system), in accordance with TU 9398-186-78095326-2013.

Kit Composition

Microsphere suspension No. 36 with monoclonal antibodies to the protective antigen of B. anthracis – 1 vial (0.5 mL)
Microsphere suspension No. 38 with monoclonal antibodies to the lethal factor of B. anthracis – 1 vial (0.5 mL)
Mouse monoclonal antibodies to B. anthracis protective antigen, biotin-conjugated – 1 vial (0.05 mL)
Mouse monoclonal antibodies to B. anthracis lethal factor, biotin-conjugated – 1 vial (0.05 mL)
Positive control (C1+), liquid – recombinant protective antigen of B. anthracis, 0.01 mg/mL – 1 vial (0.1 mL)
Positive control (C2+), liquid – recombinant lethal factor of B. anthracis, 0.01 mg/mL – 1 vial (0.1 mL)
Streptavidin-phycoerythrin conjugate, 500× concentrate – 1 vial (0.01 mL)
Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) – 1 bottle (3 tablets)
Bovine serum albumin (BSA) – 1 bottle (2 g)
