The multiplex immunofluorescence assay kit (IFLA-2BF) is intended for the simultaneous detection of anthrax and tularemia pathogens using the multiplex immunofluorescence method, in accordance with TU 9398-185-78095326-2013.

Microsphere suspension No. 37 with monoclonal antibodies to B. anthracis spores – 1 vial (0.5 mL)
Microsphere suspension No. 36 with monoclonal antibodies to F. tularensis cells – 1 vial (0.5 mL)
Mouse monoclonal antibodies to B. anthracis spores, biotin-conjugated – 1 vial (0.05 mL)
Mouse monoclonal antibodies to F. tularensis cells, biotin-conjugated – 1 vial (0.05 mL)
Positive control (C1+), liquid – suspension of inactivated B. anthracis STI-1 spore-form culture, 1.0×10⁸ spores/mL – 1 vial (1 mL)
Positive control (C2+), liquid – suspension of inactivated F. tularensis 15/10 culture, 1.0×10⁸ cells/mL – 1 vial (1 mL)
Streptavidin-phycoerythrin conjugate, 500× concentrate – 1 vial (10 µL)
Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) – 1 container (3 tablets)
Bovine serum albumin (BSA) – 1 container (2 g)
