Reagent Kit for Real-Time PCR Amplification of Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Chlamydia trachomatis DNA (TNC Complex)

The TNC Complex reagent kit is designed for real-time PCR amplification of DNA from Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Chlamydia trachomatis, in accordance with TU 9398-039-46482062-2010.

Note: All volumes are indicated in milliliters (ml).

Kit Components:

Trichomonas vaginalis

• Amplification mix: 1 strip of 8 tubes (20 µl each)
• Taq polymerase: 2 tubes (50 µl each)
• PCR buffer: 4 tubes (500 µl each)
• Mineral oil: 4 tubes (1.0 ml each)
• Positive control: 1 tube (160 µl)

Neisseria gonorrhoeae

• Amplification mix: 1 strip of 8 tubes (20 µl each)
• Taq polymerase: 2 tubes (50 µl each)
• PCR buffer: 4 tubes (500 µl each)
• Mineral oil: 4 tubes (1.0 ml each)
• Positive control: 1 tube (160 µl)

Chlamydia trachomatis

• Amplification mix: 1 strip of 8 tubes (20 µl each)
• Taq polymerase: 2 tubes (50 µl each)

• Positive control: 1 tube (160 µl)
