The UREA DiaS reagent kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of urea concentration in blood serum and urine using a kinetic analytical method. The product is manufactured in accordance with Technical Specifications TU 9398-120-48813770-2015.

Kit Composition

  • Reagent 1 – buffer-enzyme solution, pH 7.8
  • Reagent 2 – solution containing NADH
  • Calibrator – urea calibration solution, 8.3 mmol/L
