Kit composition:

• Reagent 1 – solution of acids and dimethyl sulfoxide containing: sulfanilic acid 30 mmol/L, hydrochloric acid 50 mmol/L, dimethyl sulfoxide 7 mol/L
• Reagent 2 – sodium nitrite solution, 29 mmol/L
• Calibrator – lyophilized bilirubin powder for preparation of 1 mL calibration solution
