Calibration and Control Sample Set:

• Calibration samples containing known phenylalanine concentrations: 0; 90.8; 151.3; 272.4; 635.6; 1240.9 µmol/L
• Control samples with low (90.8 - 272.3 µmol/L) and high (302.5 - 907.5 µmol/L) phenylalanine content

Reagent Set:

• L-leucyl-L-alanine
• Ninhydrin reagent
• Copper reagent
• Bidistilled water
