This reagent kit is designed for the quantitative determination of phenylalanine in dried blood spots using the fluorescence method in accordance with TU 9398-001-69677710-2011.

Kit Composition:

Calibration and Control Samples:

• Calibration samples containing known amounts of phenylalanine: 0 µmol/L, 90.8 µmol/L, 151.3 µmol/L, 272.4 µmol/L, 635.6 µmol/L, 1240.9 µmol/L
• Control samples with low phenylalanine content (90.8 – 272.3 µmol/L) and high phenylalanine content (302.5 – 907.5 µmol/L)

Reagents Set:

• L-leucyl-L-alanine
• Ninhydrin
• Buffer solution
• Copper reagent
• Bidistilled water
