The "LDL-CHOLESTEROL-UTS" reagent kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol in human serum and plasma. It complies with TU 9398-014-59879815-2009.

Kit Composition:

• Reagent 1: Enzyme solution containing 50 mmol/L Guda buffer, 380 U/L cholesterol oxidase, 380 U/L cholesterol esterase, 490 U/L catalase, and 0.45 mmol/L N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxyaniline; pH 7.0.
• Reagent 2: Enzyme-substrate solution containing 50 mmol/L Guda buffer, 1 mmol/L 4-aminoantipyrine, and 1000 U/L peroxidase; pH 7.0.
• Calibrator: Lyophilized human serum-based material containing LDL cholesterol for preparing 1 mL of calibration solution.
