• Reagent 1 – Buffer-Enzyme Solution:
• Tris: 40 mmol/L
• Colipase: 1 mg/L
• Deoxycholate: 1.8 mmol/L
• Taurodeoxycholate: 7.2 mmol/L
• pH: 8.3 ± 0.2
• Reagent 2 – Substrate Microemulsion:
• Tartrate buffer: 15 mmol/L
• Calcium chloride: 0.1 mmol/L
• 1,2-O-Dilauroyl-glycero-3-glutaric acid-(6-methylresorufin) ester: 0.7 mmol/L
• pH: 4.0 ± 0.23
