The HDL-Cholesterol-UTS reagent kit is designed for the quantitative determination of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in human serum and plasma. Manufactured in accordance with TU 9398-015-59879815-2009.

Kit Composition

• Reagent 1: Buffer-enzyme solution containing Good’s buffer 50 mmol/L, cholesterol oxidase 1000 U/L, DSBmT detergent 0.1 mmol/L, pH 7.0
• Reagent 2: Enzyme-substrate solution containing Good’s buffer 50 mmol/L, 4-aminoantipyrine 1 mmol/L, peroxidase 1300 U/L, cholesterol esterase 1500 U/L, ascorbate oxidase 3000 U/L, detergent 2%, pH 7.0
• Calibrator: Lyophilized human serum-based material containing HDL cholesterol, intended for preparation of 1 ml calibration solution
