  Imidazole 125 mmol/L
  D-glucose 25 mmol/L
  N-acetyl-L-cysteine 25 mmol/L
  Magnesium acetate 12.5 mmol/L
  NADP 2.5 mmol/L
  EDTA 2 mmol/L
  Hexokinase 6800 U/L
  Polyclonal sheep antibodies against creatine kinase M fraction with inhibitory capacity up to 2000 U/L
  pH 6.7 ± 0.2
• Reagent 2 – enzyme-cofactor solution containing:
  ADP 15.2 mmol/L
  AMP 25 mmol/L
  Diadenosine pentaphosphate 103 mmol/L
  Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase 8800 U/L
  Creatine phosphate 250 mmol/L
  pH 8.8 ± 0.2
