This reagent kit is designed for the rapid qualitative detection of allergen-specific antibodies in human serum, plasma, and/or whole blood samples.

Kit Contents:

Test strips, 5.0–5.5 mm wide and 60–65 mm long, on a rigid white plastic base (Brauberg, Germany, code 221659), with cellulose-based sensor elements impregnated with various allergens or allergen mixtures, affixed to plastic holders and labeled “P1” – 20 pcs.
Control test strips, 5.0–5.5 mm wide and 60–65 mm long, on a rigid white plastic base (Brauberg, Germany, code 221659), with cellulose-based sensor elements impregnated with ragweed pollen allergen, affixed to plastic holders and labeled “P1a” – 2 pcs.
Positive control serum with a high concentration of specific antibodies (pooled human sera), labeled “P2 (K+)” – 1 vial (0.05 ml).
Negative control serum (0.1% fetal calf serum solution (FS 42-0343-3538-02) in phosphate buffer containing potassium dihydrogen phosphate (GOST 4198-75, 9.078 g) and sodium hydrogen phosphate (GOST 4172-76, 11.876 g)), labeled “P2 (K–)” – 1 vial (0.05 ml).
Washing buffer solution (tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Amresco, USA, cat. No. Am-0497)); 1M hydrochloric acid (GOST 3118-77); sodium chloride (GOST 4233-77); Tween-20 (Amresco, USA, cat. No. Am-0777)), pH 7.4, labeled “P3” – 1 bottle (25 ml).
Conjugate of polyclonal antibodies against human immunoglobulin light and heavy chains conjugated with horseradish peroxidase enzyme (TU 9398-331-13180653-02), labeled “P4” – 1 vial (0.6 ml).
Chromogen solution – tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) (Diaplus, Russia, cat. No. 0763600), labeled “P5” – 1 bottle (0.6 ml).
Stop reagent (1N sulfuric acid solution, GOST 4204-77), labeled “P6” – 1 bottle (0.6 ml).
Pasteur transfer pipettes Ø 3 mm (BioloT, Russia, cat. No. 5.1.90) – 12 pcs.
