1. DNA-Plasma-M-RT-25 (for 25 isolations)

DNA Binding Buffer – 1 bottle (90 ml)
Lysis Solution – 1 bottle (20 ml)
Magnetic Particles (MP) – 1 tube (600 μl)
Wash Solution No.1 – 1 bottle (16 ml)
Wash Solution No.2 – 1 bottle (8 ml)
Eluent – 1 bottle (3 ml)

2. DNA-Plasma-M-RT-50 (for 50 isolations)

DNA Binding Buffer – 2 bottles (90 ml each)
Lysis Solution – 1 bottle (40 ml)
Magnetic Particles (MP) – 1 tube (1200 μl)
Wash Solution No.1 – 1 bottle (30 ml)
Wash Solution No.2 – 1 bottle (15 ml)
Eluent – 1 bottle (6 ml)

3. DNA-Plasma-M-RT-50 with Magnetic Stand (for 50 isolations)

DNA Binding Buffer – 2 bottles (90 ml each)
Lysis Solution – 1 bottle (40 ml)
Magnetic Particles (MP) – 1 tube (1200 μl)
Wash Solution No.1 – 1 bottle (30 ml)
Wash Solution No.2 – 1 bottle (15 ml)
Eluent – 1 bottle (6 ml)
Magnetic Stand – 1 pc.
