This reagent kit is designed for the immunoenzymatic detection of immunoglobulin class A to SARS-CoV-2 (SARS-CoV-2-IgA-ELISA-BECT), in accordance with TU 21.20.23-115-23548172-2020. It includes the following components:

• Breakable plate with immobilized recombinant SARS-CoV-2 antigen - 1 piece;
• Positive control sample (K+) - 1 vial (1.5 ml);
• Negative control sample (K-) - 1 vial (2.5 ml);
• Conjugate - 1 vial (13.0 ml);
• Serum dilution buffer solution (PDS) - 1 vial (12.0 ml);
• Pre-dilution buffer for serum samples (PDS) - 1 vial (10.0 ml);
• Phosphate-buffered saline concentrate with Tween (PBS-Tx25) - 1 vial (28.0 ml);
• Tetramethylbenzidine solution (TMB solution) - 1 vial (13.0 ml);
• Stop reagent - 1 vial (12.0 ml);
• Breakable plate for pre-dilution of test samples - 1 piece;
• Sealing films for the plate - 2 pieces;
• Disposable tips for dispensers (2-200 µl) - 16 pieces;
• Reagent trays - 2 pieces.
