The VectoCrimea-CCHF-IgG reagent kit is intended for the enzyme-linked immunosorbent detection of IgG class antibodies to the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) virus in human serum or plasma samples, according to TU 21.20.23-058-23548172-2019.

Kit Components:

• Removable microplate with immobilized recombinant CCHF virus antigen – 1 unit
• Positive control sample (K⁺) – 1 vial (1.5 ml)
• Negative control sample (K⁻) – 1 vial (3.0 ml)
• Conjugate – 1 vial (13.0 ml)
• Serum diluent (RRS) – 1 vial (12.0 ml)
• Pre-dilution serum diluent (PRRS) – 1 vial (10.0 ml)
• Phosphate-saline buffer concentrate with Tween (PBS-T×25) – 2 vials (28.0 ml each)
• Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) solution – 1 vial (13.0 ml)
• Stop solution – 1 vial (12.0 ml)
• Removable microplate for pre-dilution of test samples – 1 unit
