The Mycoplasma pneumoniae-IgA-IFA-BEST reagent kit is designed for enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) detection of IgA antibodies to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in accordance with TU 21.20.23-046-23548172-2018.

Kit Components:

• Removable microplate with immobilized recombinant M. pneumoniae antigens – 1 pc;
• Positive control sample (C+) – 1 vial;
• Negative control sample (C−) – 1 vial;
• Conjugate – 1 vial; or conjugate concentrate – 1 vial;
• Conjugate diluent (CD) (if the kit is supplied with conjugate concentrate) – 1 vial;
• Serum diluent (SD) – 1 vial;
• Phosphate-saline buffer concentrate with Tween (PSB-T×25) – 1 vial;
• Tetramethylbenzidine solution (TMB) – 1 vial;
• Stop reagent – 1 vial;
• Sealing films for the microplate – 3 pcs;
• Pipette tips (2–200 μl) – 16 pcs;
• Reagent trays – 2 pcs.
