The Giardiasis-IgG Antibodies Reagent Kit is designed for ELISA detection of IgG antibodies to Lamblia intestinalis in accordance with TU 9398-011-32157097-2011. The kit includes the following components:

• Polymer microplate, breakable (12 strips of 8 wells each) with Lamblia intestinalis antigen immobilized on the well surfaces (immunosorbent) - 1 piece
• Positive control sample based on human serum containing IgG to Lamblia intestinalis (K+) - 1 vial (1.3 ml)
• Negative control sample based on human serum not containing IgG to Lamblia intestinalis (K-) - 1 vial (1.5 ml)
• Conjugate of mouse monoclonal antibodies to human IgG with horseradish peroxidase (Kg) - 1 vial (0.4 ml)
• Serum dilution buffer (RBR-C) - 1 vial (11 ml)
• Conjugate dilution buffer (RBR-K) - 1 vial (13 ml)
• 25x concentrated phosphate-buffered saline with Tween (PBS-T, concentrate x25) - 1 vial (26 ml)
• Substrate buffer (BRS) - 1 vial (13 ml)
• Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB, chromogen) - 1 vial (0.7 ml)
• Stop reagent - 1 vial (6 ml)
