Reagent Kit for DNA Extraction from Peripheral Blood and Detection of Hereditary Mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 Genes by Real-Time PCR

This reagent kit is intended for the extraction of DNA from peripheral blood and the detection of the following hereditary mutations: 185delAG, 2080delA, 4153delA, 5382insC, c.3700_3704delGTAAA, c.3756_3759delGTCT, T300G in the BRCA1 gene, and 6174delT in the BRCA2 gene, using real-time PCR for in vitro diagnostics. ("GenTest-M BRCA1, BRCA2") according to TU 21.20.23-024-11248074-2018.
