This reagent kit is designed for the detection of DNA from the plague causative agent using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methodology, as outlined in TU 9398-050-01898109-2014.

Composition:

PCR Mix-1 – Dry, in the form of a pink precipitate, containing:
- Mixture of two primers, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia, each at a concentration of 8 pmol/l;
- Probe, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia, at a concentration of 4 pmol/l;
- Mixture of deoxynucleoside triphosphates (dNTPs) - dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia, each at a concentration of 1 mmol/l;
- Sodium azide ("Amresco", USA) – 3 mmol/l;
PCR Mix-RGF – Transparent colorless liquid, containing:
- Tris-HCl – 125 mmol/l, pH 8.8 at 25°C, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia;
- Potassium chloride, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia – 125 mmol/l;
- Magnesium chloride, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia – 5.0 mmol/l;
- Tween-20, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia – 0.05 mmol/l;
- Glycerin, manufactured by "Amresco", USA – 17 mmol/l;
- Sodium azide, manufactured by "Amresco", USA – 3.75 mmol/l;
- Taq DNA polymerase – Transparent colorless liquid, Syn Taq DNA polymerase with enzyme activity-inhibiting antibodies, manufactured by ZAO "Sintol", Russia – 5 units/µl;
- Solvent – Transparent colorless liquid, representing water (H2O), free from impurities.
