This reagent kit is designed for determining the concentration of Immunoglobulin G (IgG) in serum and plasma, in accordance with the technical requirements TU 9398-038-48813770-2015.

Kit Composition:

Option 1:

  • Reagent 1: Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4
  • Reagent 2: Anti-Immunoglobulin G antiserum
  • Reagent 3: Bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution
  • Calibrator: Calibration solution of Immunoglobulin G ~3000 mg/dl (exact IgG concentration depends on the batch, specified on the vial label)

Packaging Options:

  • Option 1: Reagent 1 - 1 vial (25 ml); Reagent 2 - 1 vial (3.0 ml); Reagent 3 - 1 vial (5.0 ml); Calibrator - 1 microtube (0.25 ml)
  • Option 2: Reagent 1 - 1 vial (50 ml); Reagent 2 - 1 vial (6.0 ml); Reagent 3 - 1 vial (5.0 ml); Calibrator - 1 microtube (0.5 ml)

Option 2:

  • Reagent 1: Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4
  • Reagent 2: Anti-Immunoglobulin G antiserum
