Composition:

Option 1:

• Reagent 1: Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.6
• Reagent 2: Suspension of latex particles coated with Streptolysin-O
• Reagent 3: Bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution
• Calibrator: Calibration solution of Antistreptolysin-O ~700 IU/ml (exact ASL(O) concentration depends on the batch, specified on the vial label)

Packaging Options:
