The kit includes the following components:

• Reagent R1: Buffer reagent (2 × 12 mL) – Good’s buffer, pH 8.0, 50 mmol/L.
• Reagent R2: Microemulsion (1 × 12 mL) – DLGGM, taurodeoxycholate 7.2 mmol/L, deoxycholate 1.8 mmol/L, colipase 1 mg/L, calcium chloride 0.1 mmol/L, tartrate 1.6 mmol/L.
• Reagent R3: Calibrator (1 vial) – Lipase XX U/L.
• Reagent R4: Calibrator diluent (1 × 4 mL) – Good’s buffer, pH 8.0, 50 mmol/L.
