Taq DNA Polymerase: Syn Taq DNA polymerase with antibodies inhibiting enzyme activity, transparent colorless liquid ("Sintol", Russia) - 5 U/μl;
Solvent: Transparent colorless liquid, consisting of nuclease-free H2O ("Fermentas", USA);
TE Buffer: Transparent colorless liquid, containing:
- Tris-HCl ("Amresco", USA) - 10 mmol;
