Available Configurations

The kit is offered in three packaging formats:

1. Format 1 – Includes the reagent sets “RIBOTEST-sorb” and “RIBOTEST-NASBA.”

   This format is intended for manual extraction.

2. Format 2 – Includes the reagent set “RIBOTEST-NASBA.”

   This format is intended for automated extraction.

   • RIBOTEST-NASBA components: Enzyme granule, Enzyme solvent, Reagent granule, Reagent solvent, KCl solution, DEPC-H₂O, TV-Mix, PCO TV
   • Additional controls: Extraction control sample (VCO TV-rec), Transport medium for swabs
3. Format 3 – Bulk reagent sets supplied as individually packaged and labeled components for large-scale or customized applications.
