We present a reagent kit specifically designed for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 lineage B.1.1.7 using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). This kit targets characteristic mutations in the ORF1ab and S genes and is developed in accordance with Technical Specifications TU 21.20.23-127-46482062-2021. Available in series G052S-2M and G053S-2M.

Kit Components:

• Amplification mix, sealed with paraffin – 12 strips of 8 tubes each (15 µL per tube)
• RT-PCR buffer – 2 tubes (810 µL each)
• Taq/RT enzyme – 1 tube (55 µL)
• Positive control sample – 1 tube (130 µL)
• Strip caps – 12 pieces
