• Amplification mix sealed with paraffin – 12 strips × 8 tubes (15 µL each)
• RT-PCR buffer – 2 tubes (810 µL each)
• Taq/RT enzyme – 1 tube (55 µL)
• Internal RNA control sample "A" – 1 tube (1.0 mL)
