The "AmpliSens® Poliovirus-FL" reagent kit (TU 9398-160-01897593-2010) enables the detection of RNA from polioviruses and Group C enteroviruses (HEV-C) with differentiation of poliovirus vaccine strains (Sabin1, Sabin2, Sabin3) in environmental and clinical samples using PCR with hybridization-fluorescent detection.

The kit is available in two configurations:

Configuration 1

Includes the "PCR-kit" variant FEP/FRT-50 F:

• PCR mix-1-FL HEV-C/STI
• PCR mix-1-FL Sabin 1/2/3
• PCR mix-2-FRT
• Polymerase (TaqF)
• DNA buffer PKO to cDNA HEV-C

Configuration 2

Includes bulk reagent sets packaged individually with reagent labeling on the packaging.

The kit also includes RNA extraction stage control samples:
