The "ARI VirusComplex" reagent kit is designed for the detection of nucleic acids of human acute respiratory viral pathogens using real-time RT-PCR. The kit complies with TU 9398-056-46482062-2011 and includes the following components:

Reagents for Nucleic Acid Extraction (PROBA-NA)

• Lysis solution – 1 vial (30 mL)
• Precipitation reagent – 1 vial (40 mL)
• Wash solution No. 1 – 1 vial (50 mL)
• Wash solution No. 2 – 1 vial (30 mL)
• Dissolution buffer – 4 tubes of 1.25 mL each
• Negative control sample – 2 tubes of 1.5 mL each
• Internal DNA control (DNA-IC) – 1 tube (1.0 mL)
• Internal RNA control (RNA-IC) – 1 tube (1.0 mL)

Reagents for Reverse Transcription

• RT buffer – 1 tube (200 µL)
• Reverse transcriptase – 1 tube (50 µL)
• Primers OT-RANDOM + dNTP – 1 tube (100 µL)

Reagents for Real-Time PCR Amplification

• Amplification mix, paraffin-sealed – 24 strips of 8 tubes each (20 µL per tube)
• Taq polymerase – 2 tubes of 50 µL each
• PCR buffer – 4 tubes of 500 µL each
• Mineral oil – 4 tubes of 1.0 mL each
• Positive control sample – 1 tube (160 µL)
