1. Nucleic Acid Extraction Reagent Kit (PROBA-NA)

Lysis solution – 1 bottle (30 ml)
Precipitation reagent – 1 bottle (40 ml)
Wash solution No. 1 – 1 bottle (50 ml)
Wash solution No. 2 – 1 bottle (30 ml)
Elution buffer – 4 tubes (1.25 ml each)
Negative control sample – 2 tubes (1.5 ml each)

2. Reverse Transcription Reagent Kit

RT buffer – 1 tube (100 µl)

3. PCR Reagent Kit for Influenza A Virus cDNA (Real-Time Detection)

Paraffin-sealed amplification mix – 48 tubes (20 µl each) or 6 strips of 8 tubes
Taq polymerase – 1 tube (25 µl)
PCR buffer – 1 tube (500 µl)
Mineral oil – 1 tube (1.0 ml)
Positive control sample – 1 tube (75 µl)

4. PCR Reagent Kit for Influenza B Virus cDNA (Real-Time Detection)

Paraffin-sealed amplification mix – 48 tubes (20 µl each) or 6 strips of 8 tubes
Taq polymerase – 1 tube (25 µl)
PCR buffer – 1 tube (500 µl)
Mineral oil – 1 tube (1.0 ml)
Positive control sample – 1 tube (75 µl)

5. PCR Reagent Kit for Simultaneous Detection of Influenza A and B Viruses (Real-Time)

Paraffin-sealed amplification mix – 48 tubes (20 µl each) or 6 strips of 8 tubes
Taq polymerase – 1 tube (25 µl)
PCR buffer – 1 tube (500 µl)
