This ELISA reagent kit is designed for the detection of IgG, IgM, and IgA antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, suitable for 480 tests including control samples.

Positive control sample (human serum or plasma containing SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, inactivated, red liquid, K+) - 1 vial, 0.15 ml.
Negative control sample (human serum or plasma free of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, inactivated, yellow liquid, K-) - 1 vial, 0.3 ml.
Conjugate 1 concentrate (biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 S antigen, dry amorphous mass, red tablet/powder, KG-1) - 1 vial, to be reconstituted with 3 ml purified water.
