Kit Composition:

DNA Extraction Reagent:

• Reagent in tubes for DNA extraction from biological samples for subsequent analysis by polymerase chain reaction (DNA-EXPRESS):
• 50 tubes (200 µl each), or
• 100 tubes (200 µl each), or
• 200 tubes (200 µl each).

Amplication Kit:

• Reaction Mix: 1 tube (140 µl, 275 µl, or 550 µl).
• Taq Polymerase: 1 tube (13 µl, 25 µl, or 50 µl).
• Diluent: 1 tube (2.0 ml) or 2 tubes (2.0 ml each).
• Mineral Oil: 1 tube (2.2 ml) or 2 tubes (2.2 ml each).
• Positive Control DNA Sample: 1 tube (30 µl or 60 µl).

Detection Reagent Kit (for all kit configurations):

• Agarose: 2 tubes (2.0 g each).
• Ethidium Bromide Solution: 1 tube (30 µl).
• 50x TAE Buffer: 1 bottle (25 ml).
