The AmpliSens® HAV-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection of Hepatitis A Virus (HAV) RNA in clinical specimens and environmental objects using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection. It is produced in compliance with Technical Specifications TU 9398-105-01897593-2012 and is available in two formats (FEP and FRT) with seven configuration options for each format.

FEP Format

Form 1: Includes two sets of “RIBO-prep” variant 50 and one “PCR Kit” variant FEP-100 F.
Form 2: Includes one set of “RIBO-prep” variant 50 and one “PCR Kit” variant FEP-50 F.
Form 3: Includes one set of “MAGNO-sorb” variant 100-1000 and one “PCR Kit” variant FEP-100 F.
Form 4: Includes one set of “MAGNO-sorb” variant 100-200 and one “PCR Kit” variant FEP-100 F.
Form 5: Includes one “PCR Kit” variant FEP-100 F.
Form 6: Includes one “PCR Kit” variant FEP-50 F.
Form 7: Bulk reagent sets packed by individual components with labeled bulk packaging.
